1. Return Conditions
Products can be returned if they meet the following conditions:
- Products are unused, unwashed, with tags still attached, and in the same condition as when received.
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt.
- Orders must be accompanied by an invoice or proof of purchase.
2. Acceptable Returns
- Manufacturer’s defect: Products with sewing errors, material damage, or other manufacturing issues.
- Wrong product delivery: Products do not match your order (design, color, size, etc.).
- Goods damaged during shipping.
3. Return Procedure
- Step 1: Contact us to notify the reason and provide order information.
- Step 2: After the request is confirmed, carefully pack the product and send it to the specified address.
- Step 3: Once we receive the goods and check the condition, Diya Dress will proceed to refund or exchange a new product for you within 7 working days.
4. Return Fee
- Diya Dress will bear the shipping fee for cases due to our fault (defective product, wrong model).
- For reasons for return from the customer (not satisfied with the product …), the customer will bear the shipping fee.
5. Note
- The return policy does not apply to special discounted products or used products.
- Diya Dress reserves the right to refuse a return request if the product does not fully meet the conditions.
